Our Privacy Policy applies solely to information collected on our website. The site contains links to websites of third parties. Lucid is not responsible for the actions of these third parties, including their privacy practices or any consent posted on their websites. Lucid adheres to industry recognized standards to secure personal information in our possession, and to secure it from unauthorized access and tampering. However, as is true with all online actions, it is possible that third parties may unlawfully intercept transmissions or personal information, or other users of the site may misuse or abuse your personal information that they may collect from the site.

Transfer of Your Information Across Borders

Your data might be processed and stored in the US or any other country where Lucid Technologies or its vendors have operations. Children’s Information

Individuals under the age of 17 are not permitted to use the website. We never intentionally solicit personal information from anybody under 17 or knowingly collect it from them.     • Our decision to cease using our existing data providers, or
    • The Company decides that the value in retaining the data is outweighed by the costs.
